11hotel ("this site") appropriately manages the information it collects in operating THE KEY market.

Information we collect

• Email address and the content of your purchase inquiry (when you submit the purchase-inquiry form)
• Your crypto wallet's public address (when you connect a wallet or purchase on-site)
• Usage history such as page views and listing clicks (anonymous ID basis)
• Technical information such as IP address, device information, browser information, and cookies

Purpose of use

• Responding to and following up on purchase inquiries
• Recording on-site purchases and confirming completed sales
• Improving the service and preventing fraud

Disclosure to third parties

We do not disclose personally identifiable information to third parties, except where you have consented, where required by law, or where necessary to the extent entrusted to a service provider.

External services we use

We use the following external services to the extent necessary for operation. Each service's own privacy policy also applies.

• Supabase (database)
• Cloudflare (hosting / CDN)
• Google Analytics 4 (traffic analytics)
• OpenSea API (THE KEY listing and ownership lookups)
• Ethereum network / RPC providers (sending and confirming payment transactions)
• Public rate APIs such as Coinbase (ETH/JPY reference rate)
• Anthropic (drafting replies to purchase inquiries; a human always reviews and approves before anything is sent)

To disable Google Analytics data collection, use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Handling of crypto wallets

On THE KEY-related pages, you can connect a wallet (such as MetaMask) yourself. We handle this as follows.

• We only ever obtain your public wallet address. This site never obtains or stores your private key, seed phrase, or balance information.
• Your address is sent to an external NFT-listing API only to the extent needed to display NFTs you own and to build a purchase transaction.
• We store your address in our database only when you submit a purchase inquiry or when an on-site purchase is recorded (for responding to inquiries and confirming completed sales).
• Signing and submitting a transaction happens inside your own wallet. When you purchase, the payment contract processes acquisition of the stay key, its transfer to you, and payment of 11hotel's handling fee within a single transaction; this site does not continue to hold the funds or the NFT after the transaction completes.
• Transactions on the blockchain are public information that this site cannot delete or alter.

Cookies and traffic analytics

We use cookies for authentication, security, and traffic analytics. If you click an external link, the destination service may set its own cookies.

Use of AI

We may use AI to draft replies to purchase inquiries. Any AI-generated draft is used only to assist our judgment, and a human always reviews it before anything is sent externally.

Disclosure, deletion, and opt-out requests

To request disclosure, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, contact us by Instagram DM (@kirin.41). We will verify your identity and respond in accordance with applicable law.
